1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for, accessing, or using the WhatsJet platform, software, APIs, and related services accessible via https://jatoi.net (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User," "Vendor," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy (https://jatoi.net/privacy-policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, business, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
WhatsJet on jatoi.net provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to manage their WhatsApp Business Cloud API messaging, create automated bot flows, send bulk marketing campaigns, view live team chat inboxes, manage customer contact databases, and integrate AI assistant tools.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
- You must create an account on jatoi.net to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, API tokens) and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must immediately notify WhatsJet of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches at support@jatoi.net.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE & WHATSAPP COMMERCE POLICIES
You agree to use the Service strictly in accordance with applicable laws, Meta Developer Policies, and WhatsApp Business & Commerce Messaging Policies.
Prohibited Activities:
You agree NOT to use WhatsJet to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messaging (SPAM) or messages to individuals who have not explicitly opted in to receive communication from your business.
- Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Promote illegal substances, weapons, adult content, unauthorized gambling, or counterfeit products.
- Exceed Meta Graph API rate limits, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with system performance and infrastructure.
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-policy/).
Violation of any acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your WhatsJet account on jatoi.net without refund.
5. META / WHATSAPP CLOUD API INTEGRATION & FEES
- Third-Party Dependency: WhatsJet relies on Meta Platforms, Inc. APIs to send and receive WhatsApp messages. WhatsJet is an independent software provider hosted on jatoi.net and is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- WhatsApp API Charges: You are responsible for any messaging fees, template fees, or conversation charges billed directly by Meta for your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). WhatsJet subscription fees do not include Meta API usage costs.
- Account Approval & Meta Policy Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your Facebook Business Manager, WhatsApp Business Profile, and Message Templates comply with Meta guidelines and pass Meta review.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES, AND PAYMENTS
- Subscription Plans: WhatsJet offers various free and paid subscription plans on jatoi.net. Plan details, pricing, message limits, contact limits, and features are specified on our pricing page.
- Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Non-Refundable: All subscription fees and manual payment additions are non-refundable except where explicitly required by applicable law.
- Upgrades & Downgrades: Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- WhatsJet IP: WhatsJet, jatoi.net, its software, code, domain names, branding, logos, and UI designs are the exclusive intellectual property of WhatsJet and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service.
- Customer Data: You retain all rights, title, and ownership in and to your customer contact lists, uploaded media, message content, and business data. You grant WhatsJet a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
- "AS IS" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or error-free operation.
- Meta Uptime & Delivery: WhatsJet does not guarantee 100% delivery of WhatsApp messages, as delivery depends on Meta API availability, WhatsApp network status, recipient phone connectivity, and recipient opt-in status.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsJet, jatoi.net, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or Meta account suspension arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT DELETION
- You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings on jatoi.net or by contacting support@jatoi.net.
- WhatsJet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that damages the Service or violates Meta policies.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
WhatsJet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material updates by posting the revised Terms on https://jatoi.net/terms-of-service or sending an email notification.
