A. Account & Registration Information:
- Full Name, Email Address, Password (hashed), Company/Organization Name, Phone Number, Billing Address, and Payment details (processed securely via third-party payment gateways).
B. WhatsApp & Meta API Integration Data:
When you connect your Meta WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with WhatsJet on jatoi.net, we collect and process:
- Meta User ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), Phone Number ID, and Permanent/System User Access Tokens.
- Phone numbers associated with your WhatsApp Business profile.
- WhatsApp Message Templates submitted for Meta review and approval.
- Webhook payloads sent by Meta, including incoming and outgoing message metadata, message status updates (sent, delivered, read, failed), timestamps, and error codes.
C. Contact & Customer Data (Uploaded by Vendors):
- Phone numbers, names, email addresses, labels, groups, and custom field data uploaded by you into WhatsJet to manage your customer contacts.
D. Chat & Communication Data:
- Text messages, interactive button responses, media files (images, audio, video, document attachments), and automated bot flow responses sent or received through the WhatsJet messaging inbox.
E. Automatically Collected Data:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, device information, and web log data.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and provide full functionality of the WhatsJet platform on jatoi.net, including WhatsApp message delivery, campaign scheduling, and bot automation.
- Meta Cloud API Communication: To transmit messaging requests to Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure on your behalf.
- Account Management & Billing: To manage subscriptions, process payment transactions, send invoices, and handle customer support inquiries.
- AI Bot Processing: When enabled, to process customer messages through AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate automated responses.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and address security incidents, unauthorized access, or policy violations.
- Compliance: To fulfill legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Meta Developer Policies.
4. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers' contact data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary for delivering our Services:
- Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API: Message content, phone numbers, and template data are transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. for processing and delivery over the WhatsApp network.
- Payment Processors: Payment details are securely processed by Stripe, Razorpay, Paystack, PhonePe, YooKassa, or PayPal.
- Infrastructure & Hosting: Data is hosted on secure cloud server providers with encrypted databases.
- AI Services (Optional): If you enable OpenAI integration for automated bot replies, relevant incoming message text is processed via OpenAI API under strict data privacy terms.
- Real-Time Communication: Event notifications and chat updates are dispatched via Pusher WebSockets.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for API access tokens, strict database access controls, and regular security updates.
- Data Retention: We retain personal data and WhatsApp messaging logs for as long as your WhatsJet account on jatoi.net is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. DATA TRANSFER & INTERNATIONAL USERS
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in server locations outside your state or country. By using WhatsJet on jatoi.net, you consent to the transfer of information to servers worldwide adhering to equivalent data protection standards.
